Booking June - October Yearly

Yellow House Inn can accommodate events of up to 50 guests. $425/Hr. (min. 3 hours)

PRICING INCLUDES:

Up to 6 round 8 top tables

Catering staging areas

Set up/take down of Yellow House Inn tables/chairs (all rental tables/chairs to be set up by party host)

On-site patio furniture

Fire Pit add $50

Trash receptacles and bags

Yellow House Inn furniture removal/replacement add $350

A non-refundable 50% deposit, and Certificate of Insurance are required, as well as a $500 damage deposit (refundable upon completion

of event, providing adherence to event contract policies and no damage done).
